Providing representation throughout all stages of proceedings brought against businesses and individuals by the Secretary of Labor for alleged violations of OSHA, including:
- Advising individuals and businesses of all sizes on health and safety hazards at the workplace and assisting in compliance programs.
- Defending individuals and businesses against OSHA violation claims and citations at the Review Commission level.
- Defending individuals and businesses against OSHA charges of criminal violations.
- Defending individuals and businesses in judicial proceedings on appeal of Review Commission’s decisions.
