Dave is a native of Plainview, Nebraska. In 2000, David received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, graduating with highest distinction. David then obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2004, with distinction. Before joining the firm as an associate in 2008, Dave worked at Nelnet, Inc. and a small general practice law firm in Lincoln.
David concentrates his practice on corporate law, contract negotiation and drafting, commercial and residential real estate, business transactions, and estate planning. David was honored to be part of the Nebraska State Chamber’s Leadership Nebraska Class V in 2011. David and his wife, Mindi, have three small children and are members of the Lincoln Berean Church.
