Dave is a native of Plainview, Nebraska. He attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, earning his B.S.B.A. in Finance in 2000 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2004. Before joining the firm in 2008, Dave worked at a small general practice law firm in Lincoln. He concentrates his practice on corporate law, contract negotiation and drafting, real estate, business transactions, and estate planning.
