Our reputation is built one client and one lawyer at a time. We offer the opportunity to grow through an extensive range of legal practice areas and industries, and to work with the top technology and over 325 years’ of combined attorney experience. Our lawyers are competitive only in the sense that they want to provide the very best solutions for our clients. If this is the environment that appeals to you, we welcome you to inquire about the career opportunities that are currently available. Perhaps the most attractive aspect of joining our firm is the opportunity to work with our lawyers and leaders, all of whom reflect the value we place on experience, talent, and diversity.

Hiring Inquiries

Wolfe Snowden strives to hire associates and staff whose character, interpersonal skills, education, and past accomplishments demonstrate the potential to become outstanding legal professionals. If you are a high academic achiever with initiative, integrity, and maturity and work effectively with others, we invite you to review the following programs and apply.

Lateral Hiring

For nearly four decades Wolfe Snowden has expanded its presence and enhanced its capabilities to keep pace with our clients’ needs — both in the Nebraska and in the Midwest marketplace. We do business where our clients do business. We are strong in the traditional legal practices such as litigation and corporate law, but we are also leaders in rapidly expanding fields such as malpractice and professional licensure defense, data privacy and security, the life sciences, private equity, and healthcare, among many others.

Associate Program

At Wolfe Snowden, new associates are hired with the ultimate goal of admitting them to the partnership. Associates are assigned to a particular practice section based on their own expressed interests and the needs of our clients, but will also be exposed to work from many practice areas. Associates are assigned a supervising partner, and are often assigned primary responsibility for handling certain legal matters. In addition, associates work in a support role for more senior lawyers on other matters. We encourage direct contact between associates and clients. Throughout the early years of an associate's career, the greatest emphasis is placed on the development of the skills required to practice law at the highest level.

Law Student Hiring

Wolfe Snowden is a rewarding place to launch a career. We are a sophisticated regional law firm with a culture that values excellence, client service, integrity, collegiality, and community.

Professional Legal Staff (non-attorney) Careers
