Lateral Hiring

For nearly four decades Wolfe Snowden has expanded its presence and enhanced its capabilities to keep pace with our clients’ needs — both in the Nebraska and in the Midwest marketplace. We do business where our clients do business. We are strong in the traditional legal practices such as litigation and corporate law, but we are also leaders in rapidly expanding fields such as malpractice and professional licensure defense, data privacy and security, the life sciences, private equity, and healthcare, among many others.

Associate Program

At Wolfe Snowden, new associates are hired with the ultimate goal of admitting them to the partnership. Associates are assigned to a particular practice section based on their own expressed interests and the needs of our clients, but will also be exposed to work from many practice areas. Associates are assigned a supervising partner, and are often assigned primary responsibility for handling certain legal matters. In addition, associates work in a support role for more senior lawyers on other matters. We encourage direct contact between associates and clients. Throughout the early years of an associate's career, the greatest emphasis is placed on the development of the skills required to practice law at the highest level.
