New Partner at Wolfe Snowden

Wolfe, Snowden, Hurd, Luers & Ahl, LLP, is pleased to announce that Renee Eveland will become a partner of the firm effective January 1, 2011.

Eveland's practice is focused on insurance and malpractice defense litigation and appellate advocacy. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska College of Law (with distinction).

Eveland is a member of the Lincoln and Nebraska Bar Associations as well as the Robert Van Pelt Inns of Court (Nebraska). She also is a member of the National DRI (Defense Research Institute), serving as a vice liaison for the State of Nebraska to the National DRI Women in the Law Committee.

In addition to her law practice, Eveland serves as Vice President of the Nebraska CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) Association and serves on the board of directors for the Nebraska Defense Counsel Association.

Wolfe, Snowden, Hurd, Luers & Ahl, LLP, was established in 1977. It is a full service firm in the Wells Fargo Center in Lincoln. The firm offers a full range of legal services with special concentration in areas of insurance defense, railroad defense, construction issues, corporate, employment, commercial transactions, business litigation, probate law and estate planning.
